PowerShell - Reset Windows Update and Reboot

Save as WindowsUpdate-Reset.ps1, this completely resets and re-registers the associated DLLs, once rebooted Windows update and needed services are running fresh

Note: This re-registers all the Windows Update DLLs and stops the dependent services
