Get the Name, Expired or no, Last set and If set to never expire info, copy the below to a text file and save as UserssPasswordsInfo.ps1, Outputs to Temp as c:\temp\alladuserspasswordinfo.txt

Nice one-liner

Get-ADUser -filter * -properties PasswordExpired, PasswordLastSet, PasswordNeverExpires | ft Name, PasswordExpired, PasswordLastSet, PasswordNeverExpires > C:\temp\AllADusersPasswordInfo.txt
