PowerShell - Generate random 16 Character Passwords

Useful as a .ps1 or pasted, if you save as a ps1 and just have handy, it launches and sleeps 10 and disappears

Add-Type -AssemblyName System.Web

[System.Web.Security.Membership]::GeneratePassword(16,3)

Start-Sleep -s 10
